Warranty

Warranty

We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty, including parts and labour cover, with all of our products.

Your warranty period commences on the recorded date of delivery to your address. Every warranty is activated electronically, so there is no need to complete any paperwork.

Should you face a problem with your item, contact a member of our team and we will endeavour to diagnose the issue promptly. For additional peace of mind, we keep all spare parts in stock at our offices in Essex. This enables us to successfully fix most issues in a matter of days.

If you require a replacement part, we will dispatch it immediately and collect the faulty one from you. In some more complex instances, we may require an image or video where possible.

Our manufacturer warranty is non-transferable and is only registered to the original purchaser. Our warranty excludes any general wear and tear, or misuse of your product.

What's the difference between insurance and warranty?

Warranty is included as standard for the first year on all our products, and covers something becoming faulty. Insurance is completely optional and provides cover for accidents, such as theft, user-caused damage, and the consequences of an accident such as injury. Insurance is available on all our powered mobility products.

Warranty Exclusions on all products

  • Damage caused to the product caused by improper use or assembly.
  • Carriage costs to and from our repair centre where an item is found to not be faulty - Where a product cannot be found to be faulty by our engineers, we reserve the right to charge the customer carriage.
  • Perishable (wear and tear) components such as worn tyres and armrests, punctures, and material wear marks.
  • Damage caused by the user such as scrapes or damage from liquids/water damage.
  • Batteries: The maximum warranty on mobility batteries is 1 year and is only effective if the batteries have been treated properly as per the instructions that came with your product. Typically, lithium batteries must be charged at least every 3 weeks even when the product isn't being used.
  • Taking your equipment outside the UK. As we are only UK-Based we cannot extend any repair services, whether paid for, or included in your warranty outside of the English, Welsh and Scottish Mainland. We will, of course, be able to remedy any issues upon your return.
  • Any mobility product suffering loss or damage occurring whilst in the possession or control of airport authorities, airlines, baggage handlers or whilst on an aircraft.
