Our 12-Month Warranty

 

We provide a comprehensive 12-month warranty on all our products, covering both parts and labour for complete peace of mind.

 

Your warranty begins automatically from the recorded date of delivery, with no paperwork required—everything is registered electronically.

 

If you experience an issue, simply contact our team and we will work quickly to diagnose and resolve the problem. We hold a full range of spare parts at our Hertfordshire distribution and repair centre, allowing us to resolve most issues within just a few days.

 

In some cases, we may be required to collect your product and repair it back at our workshop. Under warranty, there will be no additional cost for this and we will endeavour to return the item to you as quickly as possible. 

 

Where required, we may ask for photos or videos to help diagnose more complex faults.

 

If a replacement part is needed, we will:

  • Dispatch the replacement promptly

  • Arrange collection of the faulty component

 


Repairs & Support

 

In addition to warranty support, we offer professional repair services for all mobility equipment.

  • Same-day repairs available at our Hertfordshire workshop (subject to availability and fault type)

  • Experienced technicians with specialist knowledge in mobility equipment

  • Genuine parts used wherever possible

Whether your product is under warranty or not, our team is here to help get you back up and running quickly.

 


Servicing for Mobility Scooters & Powerchairs

 

Regular servicing helps keep your equipment safe, reliable, and performing at its best.

We offer a full service for just £99, which includes:

  • Comprehensive safety inspection

  • Battery health check

  • Tyre and brake assessment

  • Electrical system diagnostics

  • General adjustments and performance optimisation

Servicing can be carried out at our Hertfordshire location, and helps prevent costly repairs and extend the lifespan of your equipment. If you'd like us to collect your equipment from your property and bring it back to our workshop for servicing, shipping charges will be applied. 

 


Warranty Terms

  • The manufacturer warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

  • Warranty covers manufacturing faults only

  • Warranty does not cover general wear and tear or misuse

 


Warranty vs Insurance

Warranty (included):
Covers faults or failures due to manufacturing issues within the first 12 months.

Insurance (optional):
Provides additional protection for:

  • Accidental damage

  • Theft or loss

  • User-related damage

  • Injury resulting from an accident

Insurance is available on all powered mobility products.

 


Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by incorrect use or improper assembly

  • Carriage costs where a product is found not to be faulty

  • General wear and tear, including:

    • Tyres

    • Armrests

    • Upholstery and cosmetic wear

  • User-caused damage, including scrapes, impacts, or water/liquid damage

  • Battery misuse:

    • Batteries are covered for up to 12 months

    • Must be maintained in line with manufacturer guidelines

    • Lithium batteries should typically be charged at least every 3 weeks, even when not in use

  • Equipment taken outside of mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland)

    • Repairs cannot be carried out abroad, but we will assist upon your return

  • Damage occurring while in the care of:

    • Airlines

    • Airports

    • Baggage handlers

    • Aircraft transport systems
